| New opportunity for D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent artists with Folkestone Triennial 2028 We’re proud to be working with Unlimited to support a disabled artist to create an ambitious new artwork for Folkestone Triennial 2028. As part of Unlimited’s new programme of Partner Awards, disabled artists across England, Scotland and Wales can apply for funding of between £15,000 and £40,000 to develop bold new work in partnership with arts organisations across the UK. Creative Folkestone is one of 11 partner organisations taking part. Our award will support the creation of a new accessible artwork for Folkestone Triennial 2028 – giving an artist the opportunity to develop their practice, bring a new commission to Folkestone and share their work with new audiences. Working in partnership with Unlimited, we’re excited to be able to work with disabled artists to create an ambitious, accessible artwork that will be part of Folkestone Triennial 2028.
