We have 20 brand new exhibition display panels. Members now have the opportunity to support the society by ‘adopting’ one of these!
After a successful trial at the autumn exhibition last year, the society has acquired 20 museum-quality display panels together with a new lighting system. They will provide a professional background for your artwork for years to come, starting at the upcoming Autumn Exhibition in the Leas Cliff Hall.
The purchase is a result of an excellent deal with the builder of the panels, Stewart Contract Services in Rye. Nevertheless the acquisition took a sizeable chunk out of our funds. To help the Society mitigate the financial impact we ask you to ‘adopt a panel’.
For £100 sponsored, a handsome metal plaque will forever be attached to a panel with your name, or the name of your business or organisation. Sponsoring just one side of a panel is also possible for £50. Once all panels have been sponsored a draw will be held. Our president, Shane Record, has kindly offered a piece of art for the winner.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, we also ask you to extend your generous sponsorship with an extra 25% through Gift Aid. We will write to all sponsors with the Gift Aid declaration form to submit to us if you haven’t already done so. Participating in this is of course optional and at your discretion.
